Located in Tokyo, our organization’s reach and breadth has been cultivated over forty years to address the particular needs of our select client base. The majority of our students are office professionals looking to pursue master’s-level and above education abroad. While we are not constantly hiring, we are always interested in contact with enthusiastic language education professionals who are dynamic, creative, and diverse in life and experience.

Qualifications include:
* Current residence in Japan.
* Post-undergraduate degree preferred, but not required.
* Excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary. (Based on our pedagogical philosophy, ideally speakers of North American – U.S. or Canadian English.)
* A strong interest in Japan, its history, people and culture.
* Applicants with Japanese language competency are favored, but not required.

Our lessons are limited to individual and small groups sessions to maximize attention and purpose. We place heavy emphasis on creating an encouraging space for students to challenge themselves to develop their abilities analysis, self-expression, and curiosity.

Due to the intense nature of our teaching style, we strive to keep our staff’s teaching hours within more limited bands compared to most education organizations, though student needs must be considered. We believe this is important so that our instructors may maintain their own pursuits outside of work, which better enable them to provide focus and depth of interaction, guidance, and service. Duly, we adjust our hourly renumeration accordingly.
